Aside from our constantly evolving cocktail list, our brand new wine list launches May 1st, perhaps you should try it out!

Secondly, we looked at Wesley’s style of food, ingredient led with focus on provenance, aromatics and textures. With wine, provenance translates to “terroir”. Working closely with our suppliers, we have sought out wines that we believe show a real sense of their origin. Most of the wines on this list are bio-dynamically farmed and all are produced with respect for nature and the vineyard. Many of the winemakers featured merely guide the wine to its natural conclusion, allowing the “terroir” to express itself further.

There are many different styles of wine on the list, some extremely aromatic, others very textured and some are a combination of both. None are conventional but they are all distinctive, with a history and a story to tell. Some of these wines are challenging but they all have character and honesty. Wesley’s food menu is full of revelations, and now the wine list too!
