New Starters

Cod Brandade . Soft Poached Egg . Piquillo Peppers . Wild Rocket Pickled

A classically rich and creamy brandade of Cornish cod contrasted by new season peppery wild rocket and some sweet marinated red piquillo peppers – a beautifully balanced summery dish.

Charred Mackerel . Smoked Aubergine Purée . Heritage Tomato

Lightly pickled Cornish mackerel with charred crispy skin is served with smooth smoked aubergine purée, while heritage tomatoes give the dish a touch of sweet acidity. A simple trio of delicious flavours.

New Mains

Fillet of Sea Bream . Warm Salad of Young Vegetables . Parsley

A taste of the Med! Irresistible flaky sea bream from Cornwall is served simply with new seasonal baby turnips, carrots and leeks alongside some pickled vegetables for contrast and stunning parsley purée. A lovely light & fresh dish packed with summery flavour.

Slow Cooked Duck Leg . Roasted Duck Hearts . Buttered Green Beans . Apricots

A Bistro favourite, confit duck leg with poached & caramelised apricots served with buttery beans. Roasted duck hearts served pink add a little extra richness & flavour to the dish.

Basil Mousse . Limoncello Jelly. Lemon Curd Ice Cream

This light, creamy mousse flavoured with basil works so well together alongside the delicious limoncello jelly and sweet lemon curd. A beautifully created dish showcasing the delightful versatility of basil.
