Guest Chef Nights at Charlotte’s W5
Henry Harris, Atul Kochhar, Angela Malik and Rowley Leigh – a dazzling collection of some of west London’s finest chefs – will be showcasing their cooking prestige at a series of Guest Chef suppers at Charlotte’s W5 to celebrate the Evening Standard’s London Food Month, taking place across London in June. Each chef will bring something new to the table each Tuesday in June.
HENRY HARRIS will focus on his rich French heritage from his time at the helm at Knightsbridge’s Racine. Expect rustic French plates and big flavours.
ROWLEY LEIGH, who ran Le Café Anglais and is now at the helm at Parabola, at the Design Museum in Kensington, will be creating a beautifully rustic Italian menu with stunning sharing dishes and fabulous flavours.
ATUL KOCCHAR, an Isleworth resident for many years, will be bringing Indian fine dining to Ealing, reflecting his years of work at the helm of hugely successful restaurants such as Mayfair’s Benares. He will be serving up a tasting menu of exotic dishes of Grilled Prawn moilee with vermicelli and Chargrilled Lamb Rump with Rogan jus and sprouting broccoli, amongst other jewels.
ANGELA MALIK – an Ealing local for many years and a Great British Menu chef – will create a menu that reflects Ealing’s melting pot of cultures – Punjabi Indian, Polish and Middle Eastern, and will be using Ealing producers throughout her menu, such as Ealing Honey.
