Salt & Vinegar Potato Crisps 

Freshly homemade every day and seasoned with malden sea salt and vinegar powder.

Best paired with: A crisp beer.

Focaccia . Roasted Garlic & Artichoke Dip 

The focaccia is toasted on the planchar and served with delicious garlic and artichoke dip.

Best paired with: A glass of Fiano or other white wine.

Cheese & Mustard Puffs

Puff pastry baked with English mustard and parmesan cheese. Perfectly warm, warm, and chewy.

Best paired with: Quinta do Noval Port.

Triple cooked chips . Parmesan . Onion Gravy 

A Charlotte’s take on cheesy chips. Topped with parmesan, they are umptiously grilled to perfection and served with Head Chef Lee’s famous onion gravy.

Best paired with: Sipsmith Gin & Tonic.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken . Caesar Dip

The boneless chicken legs are marinaded in butter milk which helps tenderize the meat and then dipped in flour and deep firied so that they become a lovely, crispy golden brown. Served with a  chicken caesar dip.

Best paired with: A cool beer.

Selection of British Cheeses . Pickled Pear . Honey Crackers . Bread Crisps

A wonderful selection of cheeses: Cornish Yarg, Brighton Blue (our head chef’s favourite blue cheese) and Ragstone, which create a delightfully contrasting array of flavours and textures and the addition of the pickled pear poached in honey acts as the perfect smooth and sweet accompaniment. Crunchy, homemade cream crackers glazed with honey and salty bread crisps pair perfectly.

Best paired with: Quinta do Noval Port or Chianti Red Wine
